Follow these 3 mindful practices to get the most out of each day.
As soon as you wake up, write down five to ten things you are grateful for before getting out of bed.
Set an intention before beginning the day. It might be as abstract as choosing to act compassionately or as concrete as making sure to smile to at least three people during the day.
Each time you pass your reflection, smile at yourself and repeat a positive mantra, such as "I am strong."
