					Description
Training design, also known as instructional design, is the process of creating a blueprint for the development of instruction. Using information gained from a needs analysis, a training designer begins to layout the training content and develop a design document. This plan takes into account the organization and learners’ needs, their job scope, required skills, and any knowledge gaps.
This course examines a number of considerations inherent in the training design process.
