Home visiting professionals must establish trust with each client and know its place in building a strong relationship. In this training we will define trust, understand why it is important, and examine qualities the professional should have to extend the relationship with clients.

This one-hour course will offer information that helps the home visitor understand that trust must be part of each client relationship. You will learn about approaches to maintain trust once established, and how to regain trust if it has been lost.
