Coaching is a form of professional learning, technical assistance, and job-embedded reflective learning facilitation. This course focuses primarily on coaching strategies proven to be successful when implemented well in the field of early care and education (ECE).
Course Learning Objectives:
- Recognize strategies for individualized learning
- Identify at least three strategies to use in forming trusting and respectful coaching relationships
- Identify at least three strategies to use to stimulate thinking, reflection, and dialogue in a coaching relationship
