Description
Because shelters employ a diverse staff with an equally diverse population of survivors, it is inevitable that conflict will arise. It is essential that staff work to prevent, minimize, or address conflict. This will require focusing on solutions to the conflict. This course will help staff identify and implement changes in the shelter to promote conflict resolution between staff, between staff and clients, and between clients living in the shelter.
