How to Build a Winning Team
Leading by example, the leadership at ProSolutions Training spends a lot of energy focusing on how to build a winning team. From the top down, everyone is encouraged to work together to solve our customers' challenges.
From the IT team to Instructional Design, we work collaboratively to offer the highest quality professional development content delivered in a fun, easy-to-understand format. Learning from other perspectives allows us to offer training courses that are relevant and applicable to the early learning classroom.
Teamwork is a part of the basic foundation system at ProSolutions Training. Everyone's input is taken seriously, and this is reflected in our customer service, our partnerships, and even in the content of our courses.
Finding Fulfillment
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Denise talks about how she wants to be fulfilled when she grows up. What a great answer, and something we all should strive to be as we grow. One of the best ways to grow is through professional development opportunities. Whether you attend a conference or take an online training course, learning a new skill or reviewing a lesson you've already learned is a great way to re-inspire your love for learning.
Often when you find inspiration, it's contagious. Go ahead and spread that love for learning to colleagues and friends. And help them on their journey to fulfillment too.
As Denise says, "It really is possible to create the world and the life that you see for yourself."
Staying In Focus
How do you stay In Focus?
Denise works as a yoga teacher, so her advice here is great.
She recommends focusing on staying present. Don't worry or stress about things that haven't happened yet, or things that have already passed by. Instead, use breath. Pay attention to what's happening in the moment.
Take a Course
One of Denise's favorite courses is The Mindful Classroom. In this busy world, it can be very hard to maintain calm and focus on the present moment. However, what if there was a way to learn how to calm the mind from stress and help bring our attention and focus back to a place of peace?
This course shares ways both teachers and children can benefit from the practice of mindfulness, and ways to incorporate mindfulness activities into the classroom on a regular basis.
