Description
Our series on psychotropic medications for children and teens will help you understand the symptoms and seriousness of these disorders and be familiar with some of the most common prescription treatments.
This training focuses on psychotropic medications, their risks and benefits in managing mental health disorders, and the role of caregivers and advocates in supporting children with mental health needs.
This course is not eligible for Bright from the Start (Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning) training hours.This course has been approved by the National Association of Social Work, Georgia Chapter (NASW-GA), for a total of 2 core continuing education clock hours for social work licensing purposes.Not all courses are approved for early care and education in every state.
