Description

This training course covers the essential skills and knowledge necessary for training developers to create an effective instructional plan for use with adult learners. An introduction to the ROPES Model for structuring lessons will help training developers use a systematic approach for creating lessons. We will also review adult learner characteristics, considerations for trainer skills, proper learning objectives, instructional methods, and seating arrangements.
