Description
Every program, whether for-profit or non-profit, home-based or center-based, large or small, has a budget. In some cases program directors will be given a budget, in others they will need to create a budget. This course introduces program directors to basic budgeting concepts such as fixed and variable expenses, revenue sources, and basic marketing strategies to maximize revenue. It includes practical tips designed to guide both the experienced and new program director in successful budget management.
