There's a growing interest in assessment in the programs that serve young children. Why? Because assessment can help early learning practitioners understand and support children's development as well as evaluate their programs' effectiveness. This course offers an overview of the purposes and methods of assessment, and looks at some assessment tools used by early learning programs.
Not all courses are approved for early care and education in every state. Please check State and CEU Approvals page for details.
