Description
All too often, we hear of tragic transportation-related incidents that occur in child care settings, like children being left on vehicles. These incidents can occur during routine transportation and field trips, and are completely preventable. To maintain the safety of all children and to remain compliant with licensing rules and regulations, it is very important to follow ALL requirements related to transporting children.
In this course, we will review general transportation guidelines for keeping children safe in child care settings. We will also review the elements of a comprehensive transportation plan and rules for field trip safety.
