Many survivors of domestic violence are also parents and it is important to recognize how trauma influences parenting decisions and how you can empower the survivor in their role as a parent. This course will build and sharpen your skills in supporting non-offending parents who are survivors of domestic violence using a trauma-informed, solution-focused approach to working with survivors while engaging in reflective self-assessments.
